Down with the Sickness

OK, wow so I've been listening to Down with the sickness by "Disturbed" and it's intense hard rhythm and intense lyrics though its hard to imagine I wounder if the lead singer has a major complex with his mom because at one point he sings that his mother is a B***h. Man I'm glad I have a good relationship with my mom, or there would be more to say than just the simplistic words that Disturbed has to offer. I am new to what Disturbed is bringing to the floor but I have come to realize that there music is defanatly more than suckish. it's been two weeks since I was told that I had to listen to there new CD hit Land of confusion which I think was published in 2007, but this is sick! There are more than enough lyrical value to every song written by these guys they are the hero's of this generation the top dogs reaching to the top with there amazing skill and killer singing. So I have been listening to Till we die for a long time now and listening to there awesome rhythmic sounds has set me on fire. It has truly been an awesome trip in my life to have met the band and to have heard there music. I have not seen such talent in a long time besides there better half S.O.B. I have been jamming to there song (forget the past) for about a week now which is on there older album but its hard as hell, so if you like metal that will melt your face this is it. The lyrics will have you smashing your fist to the floor with the beat of the drum and the guitar will set you soring its that good. they have come out with two debut albums that have grown to thousands of fans wanting more, and these guy's aren't even signed yet. for several months I have been part of a street team getting people to go see these guy's they are all over the place but when you see them there amazing. Awsome guys when you meet them and there out look on there musaic rocks. This is defanatly a band that wants to make it big and wont give up till its done.

GLASS- Truth, Lies within...

As a front cover song for the new Soul Octane Burner debut album the song Glass has become more and more appealing to me. Its intense rhythmic sounds and talent have not only opened my understanding of pain the band went through to get to where they are but as a person, what we the general public feel as well. In one or more of the concerts I have seen by Soul Octane Burner (Dave) the Voice of S.O.B has said time and time again, "don't be a slave." As I listen to the lyrics of this song (dave) seems to have possibly unveiled the truth within each of us? As many of us live our live we are told by our pieres to just sit down and be like them. Like robots being programed, as this song goes on the words simplify telling peopel to break free. Telling Us tat we should be our own person and that there is no shame in it but we only get one shot. Our lives are fragile so we must be carful but dont be like every one else, be free.
